Hillcrest Home Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, compassionate care in patients’ homes with schedules built around you. Open to full-time, part-time or PRN! Why You’ll Love This Role Daytime hours only No weekends or holidays Set your own schedule Mileage reimbursement What You’ll Do As a Home Health LPN, you’ll provide direct nursing care in the home under the supervision of an RN case manager. You’ll work alongside a supportive, experienced interdisciplinary team including nurses, rehab professionals, and CNAs. Typical responsibilities include: Delivering skilled nursing care in the home setting Supporting patients with catheter care, wound care, and IV therapy (experience a plus) Communicating effectively with the RN case manager and care team Promoting patient safety, comfort, and independence Prior home health or home visit experience is preferred, but not required. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active LPN license in Nebraska or a Nurse Licensure Compact state
