Requirements

Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
CPR certification

Home health experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Perform patient assessments and assist with care planning
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising RN
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
