About The Position
Constellation Home Care is seeking an energetic, dynamic individual to work as part of their sales team as a Home Health Liaison. This role is responsible for expanding business opportunities within ACO Physician Offices in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Requirements
- A minimum of three years of recent healthcare marketing/sales experience
- Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan
- Excellent oral/written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships
- Established healthcare contacts and ability to readily network in the community
- Computer Skills and basic knowledge of iOS operating system
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health sales experience
- Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities
- Generating Medicare referrals for home health by building relationships with office managers and key decision-makers
- Conducting market analyses, developing sales strategy, goals and plans
- Conducting sales calls
- Evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity
