We are seeking a results-driven Health Care Sales Representative to expand our market presence and strengthen referral relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical sales, health care business development, or senior care marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Care Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in health care, medical services, or senior care industries
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed health care sales goals
- Must have a dependable automobile and a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of home health care industry regulations is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with health care providers, physicians, hospitals, and senior living facilities
- Promote and present home health care services to prospective clients and families
- Generate qualified leads and achieve sales targets in health care services through proactive outreach
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline development, and health care market trends
- Travel at least 75%
- Must have a dependable automobile and a clean driving record
