Requirements

Self-starter with 3+ years of outside sales experience (healthcare, homecare, or related field strongly preferred)
A track record of exceeding goals and quotas
Emotionally intelligent communicator with the ability to listen and build trust
Experience with field-based work and networking across the county
Highly organized, persistent , and accountable
Must have a valid driver's license
Must live in Broward County, Florida

Responsibilities

Drive growth by building and nurturing referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, case managers, discharge planners, and more
Generate, qualify, and follow up on new leads and referral inquiries
Promote our full range of services, including personalized homecare and skilled home health
Represent our Wellness Program and Homewatch Connect™ technology with confidence
Deliver community presentations , attend networking events, and host in-services
Maintain CRM documentation and provide regular sales activity reports
Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs
