About The Position

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking a very compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides and/or CNAs for Newton hours: Monday through Wednesday 10 am -2pm Thursday through Sunday 10 am - 1pm These hours might have some slight flexibility Traditions Home Health Services is seeking a couple of OUTSTANDING CNA or HHA for the shifts listed above. Here at Traditions, we offer small consistent teams to our clients so we can provide the outstanding care that we are known for and what our clients deserve! The CNA and/or HHA would assist our client with his activities of daily living, light household support, some meal assistance, companionship, assistance with his range of motion exercises, stimulating conversation and activities, walks. Our goal is for our clients to remain in their own home by providing quality care and to give our clients purpose and dignity. Requirements

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification
• 2+Years experience working with your Certification
• Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, dependable and skilled HHA
• Must have experience working with Dementia
• Experience with Catheter care
• Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
• Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
• Dementia care experience
• Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
• You must own a smart phone.

Responsibilities
