On Call Home Health Aide or CNA
About The Position
AdvisaCare is seeking Top of Line Home Health Aides / Certified Nursing Assistants on a PRN/On Call basis, to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in the Livonia and surrounding areas. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly paychecks and so much MORE! In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to patients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Work in a team responsibly and independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel within the service area
- CPR Certified
- Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or supervisor
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, meal preparation, tidying up)
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols
