About The Position
Join our Community Care Team in Somerset! Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As part of our home care team, you’ll support adults aged 55+ in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes. We are open to discussing your availability for shift schedules.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Light housekeeping
- Occasional support in our day center
