About The Position

A Day in the Life of a Home Health Aide: Each shift brings a new opportunity to positively impact someone’s life. On shift you may help a client with dressing, grooming, and medication reminders. You also might prepare a meal together, provide companionship, and assist with light housekeeping. Throughout your shift, you’ll engage clients in meaningful activities, track daily goals, and ensure their comfort and well-being. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys one-on-one care, values flexibility, and wants to make a difference while working part-time hours!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic computer skills for documentation & communication
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, toileting)
- Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and engage in recreational activities
- Monitor and report any health status changes to your manager
- Maintain daily service logs and documentation
