Requirements
- Prior experience in home care or a related field not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations
- Ability to pass background checks
- Physical ability to perform required duties, including lifting and assisting clients
Nice To Haves
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and cleaning
- Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
