About The Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers in Saline, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus, but NOT required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
- Must pass background checks.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with client care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to healthcare providers or family members.
- Assist with medication reminders and adherence.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Respect client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
