About The Position
NurseCore is hiring Home Health Registered Nurses for private duty and per diem cases. Our caseload includes both pediatric and adult patients.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Nevada
- Minimum of one year post-grad clinical experience
- Proven experience in G-tube care
- Current hands-on CPR certification
- Negative TB test within the past year.
Nice To Haves
- ventilators or trachs a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care for patients with chronic health needs.
- Support patients with G-tubes, and based on comfort level, tracheostomies and/or ventilator care.
- Carry out additional nursing responsibilities tailored to each patient’s plan of care.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
