About The Position

AGENCY LOOKING FOR REGISTERED NURSES (RN'S) TO PROVIDE IN-HOME CARE Home Care Agency is looking for the very best caring, compassionate professionals to become part of our team to provide exceptional care. We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced RN’s to provide care to patients in their homes. Requirements

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current BLS Certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
• Reliable Transportation

Nice To Haves

• Prior home care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Experience with G-Tube Feed, Wound Care and Injections
• Medication administration and management
• Provide one-on-one direct care in the home
• Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to treatment
• Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
