About The Position
Home Care Agency is looking for the very best caring, compassionate caregivers to become part of our team. We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced RN’s & LPN’s to provide care to patients in their homes. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients in the comfort of their own homes by assisting with medical and personal care needs.
Requirements
- RN license in North Carolina
- LPN license in North Carolina
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Automobile Insurance
Responsibilities
- G-Tube feeding management
- Experience with proper documentation of skilled nursing care in home health
- Understands Dr’s order to complete in-home skilled nursing care
- Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to in-home treatment
- Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
- Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentations.
