Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an office administration role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of home health care regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
  • Coordinate scheduling for caregivers and clients, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members.
  • Maintain accurate client and employee records in compliance with regulations.
  • Handle billing and invoicing processes to ensure timely payments.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to improve office procedures and client satisfaction.
