Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive mindset.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in home care is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in a spectrum of marketing strategies including email, social media, content creation, and advertising.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Unearth and nurture potential leads through a blend of digital platforms, phone outreach, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Educate clients, families, and local communities about our services, ensuring crystal-clear comprehension of how we elevate their quality of life.
  • Forge connections with local communities, senior centers, and healthcare facilities to champion our services and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Autonomously juggle office-based duties and community engagement efforts with finesse.
  • Maintain meticulous records of referral information.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the team to streamline client intake and transitions.
  • Curate and participate in community events to amplify our services and foster invaluable connections.
