We are currently seeking compassionate and hospitality-minded people to join our growing team as full-time and part-time Home Care Caregivers! Starting Wage: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience Part-Time shifts open 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM Must hold a current AZ Caregiver Certification Our Home Care Services team serve residents of Touchmark at The Ranch and operates out of our beautiful community. This is an incredibly special opportunity to make a positive impact in the life of another person daily, and to build relationships with some amazing people at the same time. As a Home Care Caregiver, you will assist residents with a variety of daily living activities in the comfort of their own homes - activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; general housekeeping and laundry tasks; nutritious meal planning and preparation; accompanying on appointments, grocery shopping, and dog walking to name a few. You will also provide something that is so important to everyone: companionship, which may be in the form of reading a book together, going for walks, doing crafts, listening to music together, or just having a simple conversation. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will: Have current Caregiver certification in Arizona Med Tech Certification (preferred but not required) Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
