Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with seniors required.
- Valid driver's license, with a good driving record and auto insurance.
- Must own or have access to a personal vehicle to transport yourself and clients as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and personal care to seniors in their homes
- Support clients using techniques that promote physical, mental, and social well-being
- Assist clients in maintaining or achieving their highest level of independence
- Manage the needs and care regimen of assigned clients
- Collaborate with business office staff to develop personalized care plans
- Split time between companionship and medically focused care.
