About The Position

At Caring Senior Service of Oakland County South, our mission is to help seniors age safely, comfortably, and independently at home. We’re looking for a driven Business Development & Outreach Specialist to expand our referral network and represent our brand throughout the community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-based sales, enjoys being out in the community, and wants their work to directly impact families and seniors.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, community outreach, or partnerships within the Healthcare or Senior Care Industry
  • Proven success working toward goals, metrics, or KPIs
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Organized and tech-comfortable (CRM or digital tracking tools)
  • Reliable transportation for local travel

Responsibilities

  • Drive Referral Growth Through Strategic Outreach
  • Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to generate qualified home care referrals
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community organizations
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities
  • Represent Our Brand in the Community
  • Attend networking events, senior expos, health fairs, and professional meetings
  • Confidently present Caring Senior Service’s value to decision-makers
  • Position our organization as a trusted, high-quality senior care partner
  • Collaborate for Seamless Client Experience
  • Work closely with the office and care team to ensure timely follow-up on referrals
  • Support smooth onboarding for new clients
  • Share feedback from referral partners to help improve services and processes
  • Track Performance & Hit Growth Goals
  • Meet or exceed monthly outreach and referral targets
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in the CRM
  • Adjust outreach strategies based on results and community trends
