About The Position

Abcor Home Health, Inc., is growing and we are hiring a Homecare Branch Supervisor to join our team in our Chicago, IL (North Side) office. We prefer someone with previous homecare experience who understands the environment. Familiarity of senior homecare is a huge plus! This person must have supervisory experience as well as strong communication and customer service skills. What We Can Offer You: Pay range of $48000 per year - $50000 per year Monthly Bonus up to $1000 based on performance Quarterly performance bonuses Medical, dental, vision, life and disability Insurance Available the first of the month following 30 days of employment 401(k) with company match 13 PTO days for the initial calendar year of employment, prorated depending on the start date during the calendar year Paid Company Holidays Responsibilities: Our business is all about providing enrichment to the community! We provide non-medical caregiving services for our clients who are elderly or disabled and require assistance in daily living tasks. As a Homecare Branch Supervisor, you will: Manage a caseload of clients Document client contacts and activities related to client services Serve as liaison between caregiver, client and referral sources Supervise a team of caregivers Manage caregiver schedules Ensure compliance with program provisions governed by IDOA, IDPH, DHS-ORS, Managed Care Organizations and VA. Assists with quarterly internal review audits of client and employee files Requirements High school diploma Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a homecare environment Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can balance multiple priorities Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers General knowledge of data entry and proficiency with Microsoft Office Previous homecare experience with knowledge of the Illinois homecare industry is a plus Must be authorized to work in the United States Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a homecare environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can balance multiple priorities

  • General knowledge of data entry and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Previous homecare experience with knowledge of the Illinois homecare industry is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
