In this role, you won’t just clock in, you’ll step into homes, stand beside families in their toughest moments, and provide the kind of intensive, in-home therapy that can change the trajectory of a child’s life. With a manageable caseload of just three to four families and a deep commitment to collaborative, trauma-informed care, you’ll have the time and space to do truly meaningful work. This is a community-based role requiring travel and a high degree of autonomy. As an essential worker, you may occasionally work holidays, weekends, or during office closures.
