As a Therapist, you will work within our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team located in Cherry Hill, Camden County NJ. PACT provides comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation, treatment and support services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, who have had repeated hospitalizations and are at serious risk for psychiatric hospitalization. Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday; Flexible schedules; Community-Based Salary: $50,000-$55,000/year,

Requirements

Master's Degree in a behavioral health science or counseling specialty from an accredited institution and have two years of post-bachelor’s experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
Must be willing to work in-home and in-community based settings
Valid Driver's License required
All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Work in-home and in the community
Work collaboratively with the participating providers
Provide crisis intervention
Responsible for maintaining a consumer clinical record (electronically) that accurately reflects all services provided on a timely basis and meets Agency and funding source standards
To monitor and oversee service linkage in the mental health and non-mental health, health system; coordinating and integrating services from multiple providers
To monitor and oversee the provision of community-based services for consumers enrolled in the PACT program
To provide clinical insight and treatment working with the PACT team.
