Requirements

Proven experience in data entry or typing roles, preferably within the Food & Beverages or related industry.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
Good communication skills in English (US).
Ability to work independently and maintain self-discipline.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with basic data entry principles and confidentiality protocols.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

Enter data from various sources into company databases and systems with high accuracy.
Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Perform routine data quality checks and report discrepancies.
Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to clarify data requirements.
