Requirements

Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required if clients require it.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition.
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and wellbeing.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition.
