About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or caregiving is plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or family members.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain client confidentiality and respect privacy at all times.
