About The Position

POSITION: Holiday Tournament - Public Address Announcer REPORTS TO: Holiday Tournament Director QUALIFICATIONS: Previous announcing experience required Knowledge of high school basketball rules required Previous Holiday Tournament experience preferred RESPONSIBILITIES: Speaks loudly and clearly when announcing during events Informs crowd and participants of various events and event times Must follow announcement scripts for communicating information Coordinates halftime and pre-game music Secures starting line-ups from participating teams Introduces starting line-ups and pre-game activities Other duties as assigned by the Holiday Tournament Executive Director or Media Coordinator Holiday Tournament Dates December 26, 2025 December 27, 2025 December 29, 2025 December 30, 2025 Additional training/planning dates may be required prior to December 23, 2025 Schedule/hours worked as determined by the Holiday Tournament Director SALARY: $20 per hour
