About The Position

Welcome Home!!! Mustbe Bilingual in Spanish and English. Need to be fluent in English. In this position you'll make customers feel welcome, you'll smile alot and make friends with our guests. You'll greet customers at their car and get them signed in. Enter work order data into the computer, assist the techs with pulling air and cabin filters off the shelf, then you'll cash the customers out and escort them to their car. You'll keep the lobby clean, you'll assist manager with some paperwork and reports. You'll have fun. Simple and easy. 80% of the time is spent in the bays. Its hot in the summertime so you may perspire some. Must assist technicians with pulling new filters off the shelf, greeting customers and ACCURATELY getting customer information, especially emails. Must have a smiling face and happy disposition. Will be driving vehicles into the bays for the technicians to begin work. Will have heavy interaction with customer. Will be accepting payments (cashier). Must be willing to go put flyers under windshields at grocery stores and strip malls to drive car counts. Saturday work is required. Weekly Bonuses available for email collection. Job Summary The cashier is responsible for establishing and maintaining good customer relations and to accurately complete paperwork required to track and service customers. Performs other duties not directly stated below, as instructed by either the Manager or Assistant Manager.   • Explains the SpeeDee Franchise Organization preventative maintenance services and pricing structure in order to achieve high customer satisfaction and increased sales.
  • Reviews services performed and bills out the customer
  • Obtains any technical information from manager or tune-up technicians in response to questions from customers
  • Presents all promotional materials to customers
  • Maintains marketing programs as directed by manager
  • Answers telephone in an approved manner
  • Works to maintain a team effort of quality customer service
  • Maintains spotless customer service/office area
  • Maintains spotless customer restrooms
  • Greets and writes up work orders for customers when business trends dictate the need
  • Conforms to the standards and procedures prescribed by the SpeeDee Franchise Organization Daily Operations Manual and store policies
  • Maintains appointment scheduler
  • Maintains operations of office computer system and daily cash receipts
