Requirements

• Experience as a field grade officer such as a Senior Warrant Officer or Sergeant Major
• Experience in a developmental position with Command and Control at the Brigade or Battalion level
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Army and Joint regulation and publications
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Completion of Military Education Level (MEL) 4 CGSC or the Warrant Officer's or Sergeant Major's equivalent course

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a planner on a division of higher staff
• Experience as battalion or brigade commander
• Experience as a warfighting function trainer at the Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or related school
• Graduate of School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS)
