About The Position

We are seeking a Primary Integrator for Army Service Component Command (ASCC) Education, to lead the CSL ASCC Program Support FY26-31 Contract. This contract will serve as the Primary Integrator for ASCC and Theater Army educational efforts for the US Army War College (USAWC). This is an on-site, full-time position working 40 hours per week, eight (8) hours per day, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM at Collins Hall/Root Hall on Carlisle Barracks, PA. Occasional weekend work may be required on Saturdays, between 6 AM and 6 PM to support course execution. The Primary Integrator for ASCC Education will be a key personnel position for the CSL ASCC Program Support FY26-31 Contract. This position will function as the primary integrator of ASCCs into USAWC. This position focuses on increasing ASCC and Theater Army expertise of senior Army leaders currently assigned to ASCCs or having significant Theater Army equities. This includes teaching TASC courses at Carlisle Barracks, a Theater Army (ASCC) elective, and supporting associated projects, research, and events. The hire will integrate the ASCC (Theater Army) into course lessons and curriculum and present this material during the various courses. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

  • A current Secret clearance is required.
  • Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • A master’s degree in a discipline related to military organizational issues (e.g., Strategic Studies, Leadership, Military Arts and Science, management of large organizations, Military History).
  • Have completed advanced Professional Military Education (at least Intermediate-Level Education as per CJCSI 1800.01F).
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in planning and operations at echelons above brigade.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate ASCC education, develop curriculum, deliver courses, research concepts, assess programs, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate ASCC education efforts, manage meetings, engage stakeholders, maintain POAMs, and produce guidance and reports.
  • Deliver monthly ASCC education status report and briefing to USAWC leadership.
  • Provide Academic support to up to ten (10) Theater Army Staff Courses (TASC) and one (1) elective. Plan, develop academic materials, deliver, administer, and assess ASCC/TASC courses and elective, including materials, instruction, logistics, grading, and reporting.
  • Attend and support up to five (5) ASCC-related exercises; each exercise will not exceed five (5) days (not including travel time). Support includes planning, facilitation, subject matter expertise, and timely submission of initial and final reports.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and lessons supporting USAWC objectives while tracking progress and reporting outcomes.
  • Develop, approve, and deliver ASCC presentations, facilitate discussions, and submit post-presentation reports.
  • Develop lesson materials, deliver instruction, facilitate dialogue, and submit post-lesson reports.
  • Support research projects by developing topics, conducting research, coordinating efforts, editing products, and submitting final documentation.
  • Review assigned documents, recommend improvements with rationale, and submit required documentation within established timelines.
  • Propose, attend, and support up to four (4) symposia. Participate, facilitate discussions, and submit post-event reports and documentation.
  • Provide intellectual and administrative support for up to two (2) projects, programs, or events supporting USAWC goals, missions, and vision. This involves providing expertise, administration, planning, participation, facilitation, and submission of initial and final post-event reports.
  • Travel as required by the government to attend meetings, conferences, and/or training; locations may include US Army Europe/Africa, Wiesbaden, Germany; USARPAC, Fort Shafter, Hawaii; Scott Air Force Base, South Carolina; Joint Base San Antonio, Texas; Fort Bragg, North Carolina, NATO LANDCOM, Izmir, Turkey.
  • Complete training as required by the contract.
