Tax season is here, and Guardian Tax is growing fast. We’re looking for motivated Sales Professionals who are ready to trade cold calling for a high-intent, inbound environment. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between clients facing IRS challenges and the life-changing relief they need. Earnings Potential: Top producers consistently earn $10K–$15K+ per month.
Strong Commission: Paid training + 15% commission on closed deals.
Bonuses: Daily, weekly, and monthly performance incentives.
Inbound Leads Only: No cold calling. We provide the leads; you provide the expertise.
Stability: This is a year-round, recession-proof industry. Tax help is always in demand.

Requirements

• Experienced: Backgrounds in Call Centers, Car Sales, Debt Settlement, Mortgage, or Collections are highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Consult & Close: Take 100% inbound calls from clients seeking tax relief.
• Problem Solve: Listen to client needs and guide them toward customized solutions.
• Build Trust: Use your communication skills to provide confidence and clarity.
• Grow: Participate in hands-on coaching and proven training systems to scale your income.
