About The Position

Account Executive – Debt Relief (Full-Time) Location: Richardson, TX Schedule: Full-Time (Minimum 45 hours/week) for the first 90 days your schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday (either 8am-5pm or 11am -8pm - you can choose) Classification: Salary/Exempt Join a Mission-Driven Team Changing Lives Through Debt Relief DebtBlue is growing, and we're looking for driven, compassionate sales professionals to join our team as Account Executives. In this role, you'll guide clients through our proven debt relief process - from the first conversation to enrollment - helping them regain control of their financial future. This role includes a $30,000 base + uncapped commission, designed for consultative and competitive salespeople who want to control their earning power. Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
  • Proven success in a commission-based or quota-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services, debt relief, or related fields.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with 40–50 warm leads per day (inbound & outbound - no cold calling).
  • Build trust quickly through empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Conduct needs-based financial consultations to understand client goals.
  • Educate clients on debt relief solutions and recommend the best fit.
  • Follow DebtBlue's proven sales processes and best practices.
  • Guide clients confidently through the enrollment process.
  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and compliantly.
  • Uphold all regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
  • Complete the Certified Debt Specialist certification within 90 days (company-paid).
  • Participate in continuous coaching and development.
