About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatrics to provide one-on-one, high-tech home care for a new pediatric client in Bradford, PA, who has a tracheostomy. The primary goal is to help bring this client home and deliver the highest quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers traditional shift types (4, 8, or 10 hours) and flexible scheduling, including full-time days and nights, as well as part-time and per diem options. Nurses will build strong client relationships, observe developmental milestones, and care for patients ranging from infant to geriatric. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
