High Tech Home Care Nurse (RN)
About The Position
Our Laurel Highlands Offices are interested in a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for 1:1 care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. BAYADA prides itself on providing excellent onboarding and training experience from Day 1, including an in-depth preview of the role, client, and required skills during paid orientation, and support during the first client home visit. The role involves hands-on care with only one client per day, allowing for building client relationships and observing their milestones. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
