High Tech Home Care Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatrics to help bring a new pediatric client home in Bradford, PA. The role involves providing one-on-one, hands-on care to a client with a tracheostomy, with opportunities for both full-time day and night shifts. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- Ability to care for a client with a tracheostomy
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
