Position Purpose Under the direct supervision of the Clubhouse Director, the High School Services Director’s primary role is to provide a continuum of services for 9th through 12th grade members who attend that Clubhouse, including academic case management and support, job readiness, career exploration, mentorship, and college preparatory support. The Director is responsible for achieving the outlined goals and objectives of the high school services program within the Clubhouse. The goal is for every high school member at Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco to graduate from high school with a diploma or GED with a clear transition plan to college, work, or a vocational training program. This position is full time supporting our Willie Mays Clubhouse. This position is benefits eligible. Schedule: Monday-Friday, (Monday 11-6, Tuesday 2-7, Wednesday 1-6, Thursday 2-7, Friday 12-8 during the school year and 40 hours during the summer)
