Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 4-year degree -OR-additional4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
- Active SECRET clearance
- DoD 8140 Cyber Workforce Certification (minimum Security+)
- Windows OS
- Active Directory
- MS Office
- Hardware/software troubleshooting
- Helpdesk ticketing systems
- Customer service and escalation management
Responsibilities
- Leads helpdesk operations
- providing Tier I/II support for end-users
- troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- mentoring junior staff
- Ensures timely resolution of service tickets
- Ensures compliance with IT policies
