About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide helpdesk support through an IT Service Center. This role supports both internal employees and external users who rely on public-facing systems, including applications, job search platforms, and résumé databases. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically capable, and comfortable assisting a wide range of users in a fast-paced support environment.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Windows 11, Office 365, and Active Directory
  • Prior helpdesk or service desk support experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to support both technical and non-technical users effectively
  • Intermediate-level troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1–2 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and application issues
  • Assist both internal users and external customers with system and application support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 and Office 365 issues
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access using Active Directory
  • Support login issues, access requests, and general technical inquiries
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and escalations in a ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues as appropriate while maintaining ownership until resolution
  • Deliver excellent customer service through clear, professional communication
