About The Position

Provide help desk support handling calls and tickets via phone, email and tickets Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Perform Tier 1 Active Directory support including password resets Support remote users with VPN connectivity and remote desktop tools Document, track, and resolve issues using ServiceNow Communicate effectively with end users and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Requirements

  • Possesses 2+ years of experience
  • Windows OS and Microsoft Office support
  • Active Directory support
  • ServiceNow ticketing system experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk support handling calls and tickets via phone, email and tickets
  • Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Perform Tier 1 Active Directory support including password resets
  • Support remote users with VPN connectivity and remote desktop tools
