Our client is in need for additional support on their Helpdesk. They are in need of some extra resources in support of their helpdesk and taking calls, helping with getting remote access and vpn issues set up. They would like candidates to be very polished, professional, very logical in their thinking and how they ask and answer questions. The client uses ServiceNow so experience with that would be a plus. This will be a contract to hire.
