About The Position

Continental Properties is looking for a HelpDesk Intern to join our team of IT professionals! You will work onsite at our Home Office located in Menomonee Falls, WI Position Specifics: Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Start part-time during the spring semester, with the option to work part-time or full-time in summer 2026 Essential Responsibilities: Respond to first-level Helpdesk requests and provide technical support and problem resolution. Communicate and coordinate with end-users through the ticket management system. Setup, configure and test Windows image on laptops and desktops. Configure peripheral equipment network at new workstations. Support IT-Team and organizational projects. Requirements
