Requirements

  • Previous Helpdesk/ Service Desk experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Resourceful problem solver
  • Pleasant Phone Presence
  • Comfortable with being on the phone at all times
  • Desire to succeed
