About The Position

Responsibilities: Develop supportive relationships with families and provide family-centered services to pregnant women and parents of children ages three and under. Provide assessment, screening and intake, parenting education, information and referral, and advocacy. Work in partnership with families to help parents achieve their goals, and increase positive parent-child interaction.
Requirements
- HS Diploma required, associate degree or two years of course work in the related field preferred
- Experience working with children birth to 3 and their families preferred
- Knowledge of community resources preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Cultural competency is essential, and bilingual ability is a plus.
