Peraton is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic, thriving team. This program is in support of the United States Coast Guard Academy providing technical assistance to computer users. This position is located on site in New London, CT. Day to Day Work Responsibilities may include: Responsible for answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person or via telephone or electronically Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems Provide exceptional customer service to both internal/external customers
