About The Position

As our Helpdesk Technician supporting our LAX Warehouse, you'll be the go-to technical resource for our warehouse staff while also contributing to IT support across the broader organization. You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues ranging from hardware and software problems to account access and network connectivity—ensuring our teams have the tools they need to keep operations running smoothly. Beyond day-to-day support, you'll own the complete employee technology lifecycle, from configuring equipment and conducting onboarding sessions to managing offboarding and asset recovery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys working directly with people, and takes pride in delivering reliable, hands-on support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of IT support or related enterprise help desk experience preferred
  • Windows & macOS operating system and hardware administrative support experience preferred
  • Skilled abilities within hardware support and configuration of iOS and Android Devices preferred
  • General fluency with hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and support
  • Proven self starter with an ability to work alone or in groups
  • Amazing ability to communicate effectively as the helpdesk technical resource
  • Has a people centric mindset; is a guru at all things problem solving and interpersonal relationships
  • Day Shift role, 7am - 4pm PT
  • Availability to shift schedule as business demands require
  • Availability to be on-call on weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to lift 30+ lbs

Responsibilities

  • Triage and tackle requests in our help desk queue for end user, enterprise and warehouse systems and hardware
  • Provide a range of technical support across various operating systems as well as the related hardware (including portables, desktops, and peripherals)
  • Provide general account support, service outage support and basic network support for the LAX Warehouse location and staff
  • Oversee complete employee lifecycle (on/off-boarding) which includes conducting onboarding sessions, IT equipment configuration/reset, desk setup, and account handoff
  • Act as a resource for best practices regarding hardware and application usage
