About The Position

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide hands-on IT support in a federal client environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, user interaction, and working in a structured, mission-focused setting.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • 2–5 years of IT support experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience supporting Windows-based environments
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CompTIA A+
  • Windows Computing Environment Certification (Windows 10/11 or equivalent)
  • Microsoft Certification (Windows 10 or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier I/II support for end users
  • Troubleshoot issues with:
  • Windows desktops and laptops
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Network connectivity and peripherals
  • Respond to tickets via phone, email, and in person
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software
  • Support user onboarding and system setup
  • Escalate complex issues as needed
