About The Position

Process phone calls and other forms of communication for HIT related issues. Performs tier 1 technical support for computer hardware and software. Prioritizes tickets and assign to the proper support team when first call resolution is not possible. Monitors Help Desk workflow processes. Process Account Creation and Updates

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, or technical certificate in computer related field from a voc-tech school.
  • Formal education (or equivalent experience) on software packages that are used at NRH, I.e. Microsoft office products.
  • One (1) year experience with customer service call center, prefered.
  • Experience with handling phone calls, electronic communications, create and document tickets based on customers requests.
  • Experience in a customer service role is desired.
