About The Position

Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our employees experiencing technical issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and patient
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a computer-related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
• Logging all help desk interactions
• Installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software
• Following up with employees to ensure issue resolution
