Requirements

  • Experience resolving user access issues, troubleshooting software functionality, and providing technical training
  • Experience with IT help desk ticketing systems, remote desktop support, and incident response
  • Experience troubleshooting software issues, managing user access, and supporting cloud-based IT applications
  • Ability to provide technical support for IT management tools such as JIRA or GitLab, ensuring users receive prompt issue resolution and training
  • Associate’s degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science field and 3+ years of experience in IT support, or 5+ years of experience in IT support in lieu of a degree

  • CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Certification

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
