About The Position

Heavy Field Service Technicians function as part of the Service Team and are responsible for the repair of heavy-classed industrial, construction, and material handling equipment. In this role, you will: Troubleshoot and Repair a variety of heavy equipment at various customer locations to bring each unit back to operational and safety standards. Effectively communicate with all involved parties including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers about possible downtime and job progress updates. Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision to decrease equipment downtime, while also maintaining safe working standards both on-site and during the operation of DOT-rated company vehicles.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical training/education, and/or experience in a related field
• Possessing or the ability to obtain a complete line of tools, including specialized tools needed to complete jobs at customer locations
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Clean driving record
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
