Heavy Equipment Operators - Nevada (5/2 Schedule | 9-Month Project)
About The Position
Morgan is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a 9-month heavy civil/mining project in Northern Nevada. The project operates on a 5 days on / 2 days off schedule with 10-12 hour shifts daily. Daily transportation is provided from Winnemucca to the site, but accommodations are not provided, requiring candidates to live locally or secure their own housing. Morgan has completed over 5400 heavy civil projects in 40+ years and has a workforce of over 1000 skilled professionals. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in mining or heavy civil environments
- MSHA Part 48 (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work a weekday-style schedule for the duration of the project

- Experience with haul roads, pads, or bulk earthworks preferred
